We didn’t have any problems with booking online. At the time of our booking Dorset Hideaways were having issues with receiving payments on their site. We were advised the payment would be taken through Yorkshire Hideaways’ system and we received confirmation by email this had been done.

The customer service is second to none. I was offered Five different properties personally pick to my exact requirement following a cancellation by the original property owner booked for 2025. The customer service and focus is the best i have ever received. Thank you so much, 2026 booking will be very soon.

We have made 3 visits to All Views in Burton Bradstock over the past 3 years and have already booked our visit in 2025. We absolutely love the house and location. Everything you could possibly want to make your stay comfortable is provided. We did have a few issues this year with the cleanliness, security light which wouldn’t turn off and a tv that would switch itself on in the middle of the night. Hopefully these issues are now sorted. The property manager was uncontactable during and after our visit.

Very beautiful house, amazing secluded location. Loved the decor and amenities were to match. Would highly recommend. Not sure why we were filmed whilst exiting the driveway upon check out.

The description etc of the cottage was fine and the booking process appeared to be OK but then we switched sites for what appeared to be no reason with was slightly disconcerting and then we got a message from Big Cottages that the selected dates were not available right now albeit we had the email from your good selves confirming the booking and receipt of the deposit!
